Workflow
In GlobalNexus we use lines of work to assure that your project is done on time:
We make a preliminary design so you can have a general idea of what your house will be like.
If you like it, we’ll show you a non-binding quote.
We’ll make a construction employment contract.
We make site tests, together with the association of architects
We take care of obtaining the construction permit
Payments will be done according to the construction work certifications
Once the work is done, we’ll give you the keys and the final work certification
Finally, we’ll negotiate the first occupation license
